In certain instances we insure higher priced items with extra insurance so that if an item is damaged or goes missing then it is able to be refunded by the shipping agency. If a rock breaks there is 100 dollar maximum coverage with USPS and a claim must be filed for the money back. NO REFUNDS. We do not offer refunds except in the very rare instance if we make a mistake with your order.
