Shinkolobwe is one of the most sought after localities for Uranium minerals. Uraninite crystals are hard to come by and are far rarer than people realize. A piece like this is a real treasure due to many crystals being shown in very good quality.
This piece is one of those that no matter how I try, I cannot find more. To fund future adventures and acquisitions I must periodically let pieces of my own collection go. This one is not for business but rather to share a rare piece with the community and allow collectors to get that specimen that otherwise would not be available. No more like it in stock for the foreseeable future. Truly a rare find from an old collection and at just about the price I paid awhile back!
