Very Unique!! This is Lookout Claim #22 material, a rare find from the 50s in Saguache County, Colorado. The minerals are Becquerelite, Schoepite, and Possible even Autunite giving the UV reaction here. All of this on extremely high grade Uraninite that shows a 2cm bottyoidal formation woth smaller ones visible under magnification. This is very rarely seen for American ore! Overall a very unique piece with rare mineral crystal crust and veins that light up with UV. I enjoyed this piece personally for awhile but hope it finds a living new home.

America has botryoidal uraninite formations, historically found in the Spruce Pine district of North Carolina and various mines in the Colorado Plateau. This rounded, "grape-like" texture is often referred to by collectors as pitchblende.
