A very nice yellow and very active Carnotite sandwich specimen  Green River, Utah. A brilliant weathered yellow vein on carnotite crystals is very rare. I have seen many crystals on the face of a specimen but in a vein like this is unusual to find nowadays. It makes sense why this piece is so hot compared to usualy carnotites.
Around 50,000 cpm on Radiacode 103 give this piece a respectable reading for its size.
