Labeled ask Sklodowskite (Cobaltoan) but there is a bit of further research available from a good geochemist friend.
This is not Cobaltoan Sklodowskite as there is very low cobalt, low magnesium for sklodowskite. Rather the yellow is massive to prismatic soddyite with minor secondary rutherfordine, there are a very few minor pockets of cuprosklodwskite that I didn't analyze, but caught under magnification. The black is interesting, as it is uraninite, a lot of crystalline/amorphous black matrix from this locality gets misidentified as heterogenite, goethite, or digenite. However, this specimen has low cobalt, iron, and copper to represent those three minerals and is massive uraninite.
