This is one of the oldest and most potent Uranium specimens I have had the pleasure of owning by far. The other of comparable age is an old Jachymov piece. The other of comparable potency came from Ike Nixon Mine. I think this one takes the cake for majesty in Pitchblende Uraninite. It is so dense and waxy that it is in the top percentile of Uranium Ore in my opinion. Rarer than gold? For this type of special Uraninite, I venture to say yes. It is a miracle these sorts of stones survived!
Would I love to keep this? Of course. I also enjoy passing on museum quality treasures to those who also enjoy such things. The money helps my family towards our ultimate goals of uniting a group of friends from around the world to bring light and change to the people who deserve it. Not trying to go off on a tangent but these stones are truly magical and hold a special place in one's heart. I pass on my beloved treasure to the next owner now and hope it brings them just as much joy while bridging and forming an extremely energetic connection between us.
