Tipping the 2 Million CPM mark from naturally occuring ore is quite a rare feat. This stone is right at the cusp of 2 Million Counts Per Minute on a Radiacode 110. Naturally, I held onto this for awhile to enjoy torturing my Radiacode with!  This stone took over a year to track down, negotiate into a bulk deal, and organize the lengthy international freight shipping process. This large amount of high grade CZ material in one specimen is rarely seen here in the US.
Specimen features a patch of botryoidal formation in the Uraninite as well as a thick, dense vein running through the red Calcite. Chalcopyrite also present.

The whole piece is very active but you can hit the hotspot with the Radiacode 110 and tickle the 2 MCPM mark if you find the right spot. Radiacode SCREAMS with this specimen all over with 1-1.5 MCPM!!
